Creative Cards and Encouragement

At Valley View Cooperative there is a faithful group of “card makers” that meet in our Craft Room weekly. They take recycled greeting cards donated by the Valley View residents and repurpose them into birthday cards, sympathy cards, get well and thank you cards. They are each unique and beautiful greetings for ONLY .50₵ per card.

The proceeds are used for decorations for the Valley View community room. A BIG thank you for these faithful ladies.

At Valley View Cooperative tenants are welcome to be involved in fun projects to the level they desire. One of Valley View Senior Cooperative's goals is to help our people to feel included and appreciated. This is so important because we recognize that it can make such a big difference for many Seniors and it isn't uncommon to see a love for life be reinforced when they realize their presence is welcomed and appreciated!
