Unite Dinner at Valley View Senior Coop

The evening of August 1 was “Night to Unite” for Valley View Senior Cooperative and Summerhill neighbors.

Delicious hamburgers were grilled on our patio by Culvers Chefs and as usual, all of the trimmings were available as well. Delicious. We saved the best for last with the great custard dessert and toppings.

We also were privileged to be visited by Eden Prairie Police Officer, Liz Stroner, our Valley View Liaison and also other police and Fire Department members. We got a good look at the new EP Fire truck. WOW.

PROP donations were received. It was a great night in the neighborhood.
