A Successful Open House at Valley View Cooperative!

On May 17th of 2024, from 10AM - 2 PM, Valley View Cooperative held a very successful open house for those that registered to attend.

In all, over 100 guests were present with many signing up to be notified of potential openings in the future. The atmosphere was very well organized and upbeat!

Guests had pre-registered for tours according to time slots which afforded small tours in groups of 6-8 visitors for a relaxed visit as they were guided throughout the building, touring the floorplans and amenities that Valley View Senior Cooperative has to offer.

We are a very welcoming community with much to offer for the Independent 55+ year old looking for the benefits of home ownership and independence.

After each tour guests were provided the opportunity to inquire for more information and ask specifics regarding becoming members by Valley View Office Staff and qualified residents in private discussions.

Thank you to ALL who volunteered and participated to make the event successful!

And, the post-tour food was excellent too!
