Valley View Senior Cooperative Annual Business Meeting — **Valley View Senior Co-op residents attending the 2022 Annual Business Meeting**

Time really flies! This past Thursday we held the annual meeting at Valley View Cooperative. Terms for three individuals were expiring so an election was held to replace them. Members were permitted to vote early, but the majority of the membership voted at the meeting by secret ballot. A large number of members attended the meeting.

The program began with the liaison of each committee giving a report for the past year’s activities. We have a very active community and dozens of members volunteer to make Valley View an interesting and fun place to live.

**Rod was this year's Presidential Award recipient - CONGRATULATIONS ROD!**

Toward the end of the meeting, the voting results were announced. After that, the president announced the winner of this year’s President’s Award. Rod, the winner, works tirelessly around our co-op. He doesn’t do it for attention, but works with a servant heart. It is an award well deserved.

And, of course there were deserts served afterwards!
